Description:

This project was an existing metal roof system that had failed and was causing complications to the inhabitants. The roof system that was specified and installed to correct the problem was a Carisle Metal RetroFit Roof System. The metal roof pans were filled level with insulation and then ½" wood fiberboard installed over the top to smooth out the entire roof surface. The new EPDM roof system was then installed to give the owner a worry free roof system with a 10-year watertight warranty.
